What is Conduits?

Conduits reads your personal Telegram conversations and syncs AI-generated relationship intelligence to HubSpot — automatically, every night. No more manual CRM updates for your Telegram activity.

Quick Setup

1. Create your account

Sign up at the Conduits dashboard with your email.

2. Connect HubSpot

From Settings, click Connect HubSpot. You'll be redirected to HubSpot's OAuth flow. Conduits requests read/write access to contacts and the ability to create notes on timelines. Works with any HubSpot tier.

3. Connect Telegram

Go to Telegram in the sidebar. Enter your phone number with country code. You'll receive a verification code in your Telegram app. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you'll also enter your password.

4. Choose conversations

After connecting, you'll see a list of your Telegram DMs. Toggle on the conversations you want to sync. By default, all conversations are enabled.

5. Set your sync time

Go to Settings and choose when Conduits should run its nightly sync. Pick a time after your workday ends — Conduits will fetch messages and generate summaries.

6. Done

Check your HubSpot contact timelines after the first sync. Each matched contact will have a rich note with a conversation summary, action items, meeting details, and deal signals.
